Moss Park Neighborhoods – Lake Nona

Living in Moss Park

The Moss Park residential area is actually composed of five separate neighborhoods: Moss Park Landing, Moss Park Ridge, the Enclave at Moss Park, the gated Moss Park Reserve, and the townhome neighborhood Moss Park Commons. The neighborhoods of Moss Park take their name from the Orange County Park just down the road which offers a variety of nature based activities including swimming, picnicking and boating. Each of the neighborhoods has a community park area with the Enclave at Moss Park and Moss Park Commons having both a community pool area with cabana and park area. Moss Park reserve features a community park with a pier extending out into Lake Hart. Moss Park Ridge is built around the Wycliffe Bible Translators headquarters. Many of the original residents of the Moss Park area seemed to have either worked for Wycliffe or Campus Crusade for Christ whose headquarters are also located in the Moss Park area. However, over time other residents have discovered the charm of the Moss Park neighborhoods and moved in. See how Moss Park’s amenities compare to other Lake Nona area neighborhood amenities.
