Real estate agent broker

Real estate agent broker

Hello, my name is John and I am currently a student who is changing career paths to become a Real Estate Agent. I am in the beginning stages of school, but I am just wondering what are the best brokers to start off with. meaning training / mentors who are willing to educate me. I would like to be in the cypress,tx area. Thanks !

Best Real Estate Broker for new agent ?

Congrats for choosing to be a Realtor. As mentioned by most, it actually depends on your choice. Training exists in most brokerages, it differs every office. Even with big franchise brokers it differs from office to office. Are you good with classroom training within a group or one to one training, or you are better with online training with videos, document, presentations ? Visit each office and ask as many questions as you can and find out which one suits your needs, schedule etc.

Selecting the right broker is almost like selecting a partner in life. You need to know exactly what you want. I would recommend you review your business mission and vision statement first- your broker should match this (at least to me it was very important).
Did you write a business plan? If so- determine how will the broker fit within that and how will they support your goals.
Most brokers offer education and support- it just depends on what YOU want, and that will determine which place is a good fit for you.
Another question to ask yourself- do you like small, family-like setting or prefer larger corporation? Do you need an office space, or prefer to work from home? How much support will you need from a broker as far as education? Do you have sales background, or do you need to learn business from scratch?

Make a list of your wants and needs, and bring it with you when you interview potential brokers. This will help you determine the best fit and which broker has the right educational plan for you.
Hope this helps, and wishing you best of luck.

Congrats and welcome to Rea Estate! Remember the choice is Yours! Every Broker wants to hire you so be sure you interview them . Pick the Broker that offers you the most that you need to become successful. Keller WIlliams truly offers exceptional training for new agents. I highly recommend you interview a Keller Williams Brokerage in your area.

Best of Luck!

Congratulations! Super exciting time and you’ll receive an overload of information. Here’s what you need to know: CB&A, Realtors offers the MOST tools to their agents for the LEAST amount of money out of your commission. Having been through multiple brokerages, over 5+ years, I can tell you I wish to hell I’d found this place sooner. It is HANDS down the best brokerage in Houston.

Plus they are located at 12777 Jones rd STE300 Houston, TX 77070 (Super easy commute from Cypress; though you will find that this actually doesn’t matter).

If you have any questions, call me, text me, email me, let’s have lunch, whatever!

i got this somewhere. The training, support, and tools your agency gives you are crucial to success as a real estate agent. In this article, we review and compare the three largest national franchises–Keller Williams, RE/MAX, and Century 21. The following guide has been written by an agent (myself) for agents like you. Read on for my pick of the best real estate company to work for.

The primary factors we used to evaluate each franchise were overall net compensation to the agent and the level of training and support each company provides. There’s more that goes into choosing a brokerage, but consider this guide a first step. We also include our 2018 rankings for 25 more real estate companies at the end of the article.
