We take customer service so seriously, we created a unique and comprehensive two-step pre-settlement orientation program:
- With your construction manager, you’ll walk through your home with a nine page, 360-item checklist to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- The following week, you tour your home again to review any touch-up work we may have identified during our first assessment.
At settlement, we’ll provide you with a warranty request form to ensure that any future warranty work is noted and corrected. We also gather feedback from buyers throughout the process to improve the customer experience, and guide future designs and options.
