Eligible candidates must successfully complete 60 hours of Pre-Licensing coursework with an approved education provider.

Pass the course final exam in the presence of a proctor.
At the end of the course we’ll provide a practice exam to prepare you for the 110-question course final exam. The minimum passing score is 70%.
Schedule and take the Maryland real estate salesperson exam with PSI Exams Online.
The Maryland Real Estate Commission employs PSI to administer state licensing exams. The exam consists of a National section (90 minutes long) and a State section (30 minutes long). As you go through the process of earning your license, you’ll need to be affiliated with a broker so you can practice when licensed. Picking the right broker is a key factor to becoming successful Maryland real estate agent, which is why it is important to have the right fit.

Receive your license!
